KANSAS CITY POWER AND LIGHT has announced big changes to their commercial rebate program beginning 2015. Instead of using the T-12s as the baseline measurement for rebates, they will be using the T-8s. That is, there will no longer be rebates offered for converting your current T-12s over to T-8s after 2014. So if you have been thinking about retrofitting any of your old T-12 fixtures, THE TIME IS NOW!
